One of the most affordable places to stay in the region, Villa Florencia is set in a peaceful grounds five kilometres outside the centre of Turrialba. Rooms are on the simple side and some of those in the original building do not benefit from a huge amount of natural light, but the facilities within the hotel grounds are good. In between excursions in the surrounding area you can relax at the hotel’s lovely pool area or explore the grounds which attract a good number of birds.
