Though one of the larger hotels we work with in the region, the Tamarindo Diria offers the relatively unusual combination of easy access to both a safe swimming beach and Tamarindo town, making it ideal for those who do not wish to be completely isolated. The rooms here represent excellent value for money and are divided between different ‘villages’, with rooms in the Sunset Village located right on the beach, and two newer areas situated just across the road (one of these newer villages is adults-only). The resort offers a choice of dining options, swimming pools, activities and water sports – however you may wish to simply use the hotel as a base for enjoying the excellent beach and nearby attractions of Tamarindo town.
