A charming hotel offering fantastic value, the Casa Luna is smaller than most accommodation in Arenal. The hotel offers a great range of facilities for its size, making it one of our favourite hotels in the region. A walking trail through the lush grounds leads to the river, and the hotel’s spa offers a wide range of treatments. A series of Jacuzzis can be found near the swimming pool, perfect for a relaxing soak whilst looking out for hummingbirds in the tropical gardens. Rooms are clean and comfortable, furnished in a typical style with terracotta tiles and natural woods. Upgraded room categories have their own small balcony or terrace, and some on the upper floor enjoy good views of the volcano on a clear day. Food is delicious and fresh in the main dining room, and is often sourced from the vegetable garden. There is also a pool bar if you are looking for something that is more simple.
