You will be met at your hotel and transfer into Manuel Antonio itself for your tour of its beautiful national park. Take a gentle walk accompanied by an expert naturalist guide along one of the most scenic trails of the park accessible to visitors, making frequent stops to learn about some of the flora and fauna that inhabits the tropical forest here. The guide will also help you spot species such as white-faced capuchin monkeys feeding on the fruit towering palms, bright red and yellow Sally Lightfoot crabs scuttling along the undergrowth and the ever-enjoyable glimpse of a three-toed sloth sleeping in the branches or making one of its infrequent descents down to the forest floor. Half way through the two-mile walk you will take a short rest stop on one of the park’s pristine beaches (be sure to pack your swim wear), before completing the rest of the trail. Duration of the tour is approximately three hours.
